Wednesday: What is a map? What do they show? Know all about relief maps.
Thursday: Know about map scales, legends, compass rose, start longitude and latitude. Homework: worksheet on reading a map.
Friday: Finish longitude and latitude. Start what is GPS and how does it work? Homework: latitude/longitude worksheet.
7th Grade Life Science
Monday: Complete vocabulary worksheet and definitions for Chapter 1 the cell.
Tuesday: Chart living vs. nonliving things, know 4 characteristics of life, know 3 needs of life, define 3 types of cells.
